Marc A Pitman is the founder of Concord Leadership Group and has served as its CEO for 20 years. In that time, he has presented trainings and keynotes to over 25,000 participants in North America, Europe, Mexico, and New Zealand; coached more than 120 CEOs, C-suite executives, directors, and owners; and in the last two years has certified an additional 43 Quadrant 3 Leadership Coaches, who have gone on to coach and train more than 25,290 leaders in corporations, government, associations, and nonprofits. Marc holds his masters in organizational leadership from Regent University.
He is a Certified Franklin Covey Coach, a Certified Speaking Professional of the National Speakers Association, and past-president of the South Carolina chapter of the International Coaching Federation. He has appeared in or been recognized by media outlets and publications including NBC, Fox News, Al Jazeera, Success magazine, Real Simple, and the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Marc is the author of Ask Without Fear!®, which has been translated into Dutch, Polish, Spanish, and Mandarin. His latest book is The Surprising Gift of Doubt: Use Uncertainty to Become the Exceptional Leader You Are Meant to Be. Marc speaks nationally and internationally on leadership, influence, storytelling, and fundraising and is the voice behind FRC, one of the longest-running blogs in the nonprofit sector (est. 2003). He is executive director of The Nonprofit Academy; an advisory board member of innovative fundraising platform Pennybridge in Orebro, Sweden; and a former advisory panel member of the Rogare Think Tank at Plymouth University, Plymouth, United Kingdom.
He is married to his best friend and is the father of three amazing kids, who, if he’s belting ’80s tunes, will deny they know him.

Tiffanie Barriere is known as “The Drinking Coach”—a nationally recognized bartender, educator, and influencer who has received top industry honors including the 2023 Women of Whiskey Bartender of the Year and Tales of the Cocktail Visionary Award. In 2025, she was named U.S. Co-Chair of Tales of the Cocktail, cementing her leadership in the global spirits world.
A BarSmarts and Bar 5 certified pro, Barriere spent seven years as Beverage Director at Atlanta’s award-winning One Flew South and has judged for major spirits competitions including Diageo’s World Class, the L.A. Spirits Awards, and the Ascot Awards. She’s shared her cocktail expertise on national TV, Netflix, and at leading food festivals like Tales of the Cocktail, Aspen Food & Wine Classic, and Bar Convent Berlin.
An advocate for equity and storytelling in the drinks space, Barriere’s work as an African American cocktail historian has been featured in Imbibe, Essence, Southern Living, Food & Wine, and more. She’s collaborated with top chefs, contributed to multiple cocktail books, and consulted for major brands like Jack Daniel’s, Campari, and PepsiCo.

Having enjoyed a storied career as a bartender at The Rainbow Room (NYC), Dale DeGroff is a James Beard Award winning spirits professional, author of Craft of the Cocktail and The Essential Cocktail, founding partner of BAR (Bar Alcohol Resource). Founding president of the Museum of the American Cocktail, winner of multiple awards from organizations such as Tales of the Cocktail, Wine Enthusiast, Nightclub and Bar Magazine, Jula Child Foundation, etc., founding partner of DeGroff Spirits, and a USBG Lifetime Member.

Darian Everding (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent collector of stories, and an enthusiastic spirits professional. She loves absinthe mixology, community building, whisk(e)y of all types, and alcohol herstory! Darian currently bartends at London Underground, a pub and community space in Ames, Iowa. You’ll often find her there introducing someone to absinthe for the first time, creating bizarre and fun cocktails, cultivating Queer spaces and events, and sharing stories of women in whisk(e)y far and wide. Darian also serves as the Business Development Representative for the nonprofit organization SAFE Bar Network to bring accessible bystander intervention culture and training to bar programs across the United States.

Colleen Hughes is a multi-award-winning mixologist and Beverage Director for the Tonidandel-Brown restaurant group overseeing 5 different bar concepts including Supperland and Haberdish, with a 6th Leluia Hall due to launch in Winter 2025. A distilled spirits expert she was "Certified BAR Ready" by the Beverage Alcohol Resource Program. Colleen also served

In his role as US Brand Ambassador for Mr Black, Stephen brings a lifetime of knowledge in the coffee and cocktail world to his sole mission, to bring great coffee into the night. A lifelong community builder and natural leader, Stephen has previously served 4 years as San Diego USBG Chapter President, with further years on the local Board. Passionate about hospitality, Stephen has advocated for the bar community and worked to improve Bartenders Weekend in San Diego. He also founded Palm Springs Desert Escape, a retreat for industry professionals after the summer season, with proceeds benefitting community-related charities.

Cole Newton, a Washington, DC native, moved to New Orleans in 2006 to volunteer with AmeriCorps after Hurricane Katrina. Following his service, he bartended at Commander’s Palace before becoming the first bar manager at Coquette in 2008, where he launched its cocktail program. In 2010, he opened Twelve Mile Limit, a Mid City cocktail dive named Best Bar in New Orleans by The Manual in 2017. His second bar, the Domino, debuted in 2019 in the Bywater neighborhood.
Cole authored Cocktail Dive Bar: Real Drinks, Fake History, and Questionable Advice From New Orleans’s Twelve Mile Limit (2021), blending recipes, essays, and humor. Outside of bars, he serves as a National Board Director of the United States Bartenders’ Guild and Board Secretary of the New Orleans Women and Children’s Shelter.

Matt Ray is part of the Shopper Marketing team for Sazerac. He has worked in hospitality for most of his life, from Walt Disney World to James Beard winner for cocktails, “Cure". Originally from Alabama, he uses his Appalachia accent to make spirits and cocktails fun and approachable for the average consumer. Matt collects spirits certifications and is an alumni of bartender training camps Runamok, Juniper Harvest, and Tiki by the Sea. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching and still loves education. As a resource for the Sazerac Company, Matt has been a part of brand R&D, product launches, national trainings for Sazerac as well as their distributors. In addition to cocktail development and public speaking, he has appeared in commercials, interviews, and articles appearing worldwide.
