This year’s conference will offer two track options:
USBG Chapter Leadership
These seminars are reserved for USBG Chapter Leaders. Seminars under this track include general leadership, chapter finances, fundraising, membership, general chapter operations and governance, social media, marketing, volunteer management, event planning and management.
Professional Development
These seminars are industry-driven and designed for bartenders and industry professionals with a focus beyond the introductory level. Seminars under this track include spirit category exploration, cocktails and trends, techniques, methodology, career possibilities, and a conference excursion.

Refund Policy: The registration fee for the 2025 Bar Summit is not refundable. If you do not participate in the bar Summit or if you leave before the completion of the event, whether voluntarily or involuntary, no deposits or money paid toward the registration fee or other program costs will be refunded. The United States Bartenders’ Guild, Inc (the “USBG”), the USBG National Charity Foundation, and their affiliates and vendors are not responsible for the inability of any individual to attend the event for any reason, including travel delays, cancellations by airlines or missed connections, or medical or work-related issues. You may transfer your registration to another member at any time.
Travel Insurance: The USBG has arranged with Travel Inured International to make available travel insurance to bar Summit attendees at an additional, optional cost. Consult the Travel Insured International link for details.
